As they were fishing an offshore spot, he notices a bass boat quickly approaching at a fast idle. At first, Craig figured it was one of his buddy’s friends and was on his way over to talk or something. But before Craig knew it, the bass boat actually ended up on the back deck of his Phoenix. The man claimed he was staring at his graphs and idling while talking on the phone… and that he never saw Craig’s boat.
