The annual Brainerd Jaycee’s Ice Fishing Extravaganza took place on Jan. 24, 2015 on Gull Lake. The event raises money for 40+ area charities. In 2014, they raised more than $125,000 for those charities with the tournament. This year, Gopher Aerial was on hand and got some great footage from the air with a drone of just how massive this event is. They drill 20,000 holes in the ice and have 10,000+ anglers fishing it. They offer great prizes like trucks, 4-wheelers, ice shelters and more.
