Bassmaster Elite Series pro James Niggemeyer reflected this week after finishing up the last Elite Series event of what turned out to be his worst season as a bass fishing tournament pro. It’s always interesting to listen to guys reflect on where they feel they went wrong preparing and fishing tournaments on various lakes and rivers around the country. Some really good advice for guys coming up in tournament fishing from someone who has done it for more than a decade. Fishing ebbs and flows. You’ll have monster years and you’ll have really down in the dumps years. You’ve got to learn from the down years so you can capitalize on the up years.
