Many anglers believe early in the morning and just before dark are the best times to fish in the summer, but the mid afternoon period can be the best time to catch numbers and quality when bass school up offshore for a few simple reasons. Longtime professional angler and Ozark Lakes veteran Stacey King talks about why he doesn’t even go bass fishing in the summer until around 2 PM.
