Aberdeen, South Dakota’s Rick Olson was “power trolling” with his 250 Evinrude E-Tec on transition mud and rock bottoms in 32 feet of water and landed a 14.97 pound walleye. He got second in the recent AIM Walleye Tournament at Lake of the Woods. The fish measured 32.75 inches in length. He was using lead core line and an unnamed, self painted 5″ crankbait to catch the monster. Listen to Weighing In Radio next week for more on this giant walleye.
