WAFF-48 is reporting that Gary Lee Minor, one of the two Alabama anglers found guilty of cheating in a Lake Guntersville bass fishing tournament, has received a lifetime ban from all fishing tournaments.
According to the story posted on their website, both men initially appealed the guilty verdict. At some point in the appeals process, Minor decided to accept this deal from prosecutors.
