Jay Harris has joined the team at American Baitworks as Vice President of Sales. Jay has worked in the fishing industry for 16 years, having spent the last 4 years as National Sales Manager at Savage Gear Americas, where he was integral in the sales development, growth, and new product offerings.
Harris’ addition is another step in American Baitworks’ focus on the growth and momentum of the company’s products as well as the company’s contract manufacturing soft plastics business. American Baitworks will rely on Harris’ experience to grow the company’s product lines; BaitFuel, Freedom Tackle, Halo Rods, NetBait, Scum Frog, STH Bait Co., and Snag Proof.

Jay will also focus on building American Baitworks’ manufacturing business primarily on growing opportunities for bait manufacturers to leverage American Baitworks’ state-of-the-art facility in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, offering product design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, package design, and packaging, as well as pick and pack fulfillment services.
