On Black Friday (Nov. 29), the FishUSA Pro Shop in Fairview, Pennsylvania will open it’s doors at 6 a.m. to kick off its special Black Fryday party. The day will be packed with festivities, and the first 100 kids through the door will get hooked up with a free Daiwa rod and reel combo! So in the area, be sure you don’t miss it!
And you better come hungry, because the titular Walleye Fish Fry starts promptly at 11 a.m. for everyone who comes into the shop until 6 p.m. that day. The fish fry is being spearheaded by Doug Straub, FishUSA’s director of merchandise.
“I am very passionate about our future anglers,” said Nick Taylor, FishUSA’s director of marketing and partnerships. “It is great to see kids going outside and doing outdoor activities, like fishing.”
“Daiwa is a perfect partner, because they feel the same way I do about giving kids a head start on their fishing careers,” he added.
FishUSA primarily sells fishing tackle to people all over the world online, and they also have a brick-and-mortar retail location at 6960 West Ridge Road in Fairview, Pennsylvania.
Like most retail locations, the shop gets a lot of traffic and is especially busy on Black Friday, which makes it an excellent opportunity to get rods and reels in the hands of a bunch of future anglers.
