Spring is springing, and although jerkbaits can be used the entire year, there is no better time than now, when the bass start to make their move out of their deep water haunts.
With the popularity of forward-facing sonar continuing to grow, the Booyah Bait Co. designed the Flash Point, a jerkbait that incorporates a blade in the nose that creates a flash, even in low light conditions, providing a solid target for the FFS sonar beams. And it works great, even without FFS, thanks to the Flash Point’s great color patterns (there are 12 colors available). Early feeders will zero in on this jerkbait, no doubt.
The original 1/2-ounce suspending Flash Point, released last year, measures 4.25 inches and is most effective from 4 to 6 feet. It sits at a 45-degree angle when suspended and comes with very sticky Super Slide trebles. The molded-in lip makes it super durable and allows it to be fished in rocks and other heavy hard cover. Booyah has released a new deep-diving Flash Point for 2025 that’s the same size, but the lip design allows it to dive to 10 feet.
Chad Warner, Pradco’s product guru, selected six of the most effective colors for this giveaway: Chrome Dome, GP Sexy Shad, Copper Shad, Pro Blue, Elegy Bone, and Pro Pink.
For this giveaway, FIVE Wired2Fish readers will receive an original Flash Point and the new deep-diver version in all of those 6 hot colors for a total of 12 Flash Point jerkbaits for each winner! Enter below by March 28 for your chance to win!
