Aaron Martens is a stickler for details, maybe more so than any professional angler out there. He is always looking for ways to add back 5 or 10 minutes or more to each fishing day. One way he found to do that was by really organizing his tackle in easy to manage smaller boxes. He got rid of his bags of plastics because he felt it took too long to dig through bags and bags and find the one he needed and then open it and rig it. Now he just grabs the box and grabs the plastic and goes. He uses a modular system with a lot of smaller plano boxes. Check out his thoughts on why this makes him a better more efficient angler on the water.
