Brent Ehrler might have finished runner-up to Seth Feider at the 2016 Toyota Bassmaster Angler of the Year Championship on Mille Lacs, but he picked up an extra $1,000 for simply adding the convenience of an A.R.E. Truck Cap to his truck.
He was the highest finisher in that Elite Series event running an A.R.E. cap and that pays $1,000 in Elite Series events, $500 in BASS Open events and $250 in BASS Nation events. You could pay for a topper if you’re a pretty good stick around the house in just a few tournaments.
