Most anglers lose sleep at night thinking of giant bass like the one YouTube user Ty PigPatrol caught in this video. We ran across this unbelievable catch over the weekend and wanted to share it with everyone. While fishing a golf course pond from the bank with a Strike King Red Eye Shad lipless crankbait, the angler catches several quality fish. On his last cast, however, he hooks into an enormous bass just feet from the bank, just as he was about to finish his retrieve and make another cast.
Pay close attention to the proportions of this giant bass. We are amazed by how wide its back is and how swollen its belly is. Bass like this are rare and incredibly hard to come by! Great catch and footage, Ty!
